Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine Magazine (2007 Vintage) says
Aromatic and delicately perfumed nose showing appealing yeast autolysis character - very Champagne in style. The palate is fruitier than the champagne benchmark but appealing with delicacy and an ethereal character.
Australian Gourmet Traveller Wine, Aug/Sep 2012
Nick Stock (2007 Vintage) says
A beautifully executed vintage sparkling from this Martinborough stalwart. There's a fine bead in the glass and a wealth of sweet citrus, apple blossom, toast and fresh-baked pastry on the nose. The palate's gently honeyed, with wild berry flavours and a chalky, apple-flavoured finish.
The Good Wine Guide 2012
WINESTATE (2006 Vintage) says
Satisfying, fresh and lively wine with good weight, vigour and harmony. Crisp, yeasty, toasty flavours, showing excellent complexity and richness
