Jeremy Oliver (2011 Vintage) says
A pinot by any other other name, with an alluringly musky, floral and spicy fragrance of black and red berries and cherries, violets and rose petals backed by perfumed oaky notes and a hint of plum1 Underpined by fine, crunchy tannins, its pristine, supple and juicy presence of vibrant blackberry and plum flavour backed by spicy notes of cloves and icorice delivers both lusciousness and elegance, finishing with wonderful balance and purity as well as some gamey, meaty complexity1

Jeremy Oliver (2010 Vintage) says
This heady, sensual young shiraz has an exotic bouquet of cassis, blackberries, raspberries and blood plums lifted by floral scents of licorice, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and marsala spice. Backed by faintly meaty, gamey nuances, it's long, supple and medium in weight, with a translucent presence of cherry, berry and plum-like fruit supported by the most gentle of genuine tannins, building intensity towards a finish of remarkable length.
