Paringa Estate Reserve Chardonnay

Cracka Review

The bouquet and palate of this wine is complex with distinctive nectarine fruit complimented by beautiful subtle oak characteristics. The indigenous yeast fermented component of the wine has added further complexity while the acidity provides a fineness and focus to the wine.

Nick Stock (2008 Vintage) says
Terrific, fresh and zesty-smelling nose here, with an edge of precision and finesse that sets it above the other Paringa chardonnay wines -really defined citrus, nectarine and gentle nutty complexity in behind. Superb palate texture and completeness, not a hair out of place, with long peach and nectarine flavour all laced together with fine French oak flavour and texture, and a really persistent finish. Superb, complex and regal!
