Peel Estate Classic White

Cracka Review

A spicy nose showing some tropical fruit from the chenin blanc and floral/spice notes from the sauvignon blanc. The palate is medium-bodied with a gentle mouthfeel. The flavour shows more chenin expressiveness through luscious fruit, rather than the sauvignon blanc which comes in as an herbal character on the back palate.
Overall, there’s lots of flavour and a clean, drying back palate makes it an ideal food wine.
