Cracka Review

Dark centre with a lively garnet red rim in colour. Wonderful lifted aromas of wild herbs, spices with notes of eucalypt and mint on the nose. On the palate, delicious berry fruits intermingle with tantalising mint and spicy flavours. It has excellent balance, a superbly taut structure and finishes with beautifully textured tannins. A wine of great finesse. Rare roast beef, and any of the richer red meat dishes.

James Halliday (2005 Vintage) says
A medium-bodied, elegant, unforced wine; blackberry, mocha, touches of earth and spice all fused together. From a single 45-year-old vineyard.
