Peter Lehmann Princess Moscato (500ML)

Cracka Review

Enticing pale pink in colour, our “Princess” Moscato has an equally delightful aroma redolent of freshly squeezed grapes. It has a zippy, fresh effervescent palate, finishing with a touch of delicious natural sweetness.

Good lead up rains and mild, dry weather throughout the harvest period has 2012 rated as a vintage of excellent quality producing wines of great style and definition.

Selected mature Frontignac vineyards dotted throughout the Barossa Valley.

The fruit was picked early, crushed, chilled & the juice separated immediately from the skins to enhance delicacy. Fermentation was stopped early to retain some of the natural grape sugars.

Serve well chilled. It is a light wine for any time of day: perfect for lunch alfresco, makes a delightful aperitif, and is an ideal accompaniment to fresh fruit and fruit-based desserts.

Tyson Stelzer (2011 Vintage) says
The new princess has made a graceful entry, delivering a little more than your average royal. Rosewater perfume, peach and pineapple palate, wild honey finished. Bubbly and sweet, give her a firm chill.

Tyson Stelzer (2009 Vintage) says
This is a fun little Moscato, packed with ginger, wild honey and honeycomb flavours. It's simple but clean and well made, so chill it down to ice cold (think slurpy) and be sure to give everyone a bottle (preferably with a straw).
