Tyson Stelzer (2010 Vintage) says
Lusatia Park vineyard nurtures one of the Yarra Valley’s most beautiful expressions of pinot noir, laden with refined rose petal, exotic spice and dried flower aromas. Consummately detailed, delightfully exotic and hauntingly seductive, this is an engaging and appealing vintage, enhanced with the exoticism of 20% whole bunch fermentation.

James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Clear red-purple; a complex wine from start to finish, doubtless why it walked away with multiple trophies (including Best Wine of Show) at the National Wine Show '11. Despite the depth and savoury complexity the wine has, its dark berry fruits also have purity and length.

A tangy and juicy young pinot from the Paringa stable. This offers a bright, light-red fruit nose with pepper and spice, some earth and toasty oak too. The palate has crunchy red fruit appeal with bright, fine tannins, light and even. Drink young.

Jeremy Oliver (2010 Vintage) says
Supple and savoury, with a density of fruit that more than handles its winemaker-derived stalky complexity. Dusty and herbal, meaty and gamey, its woolly, lanolin-like bouquet of sweet red cherries, redcurrants and blood plums precedes a supple, juicy palate layered with sweet dark cherries, berries and plums. Tightly knit with cedar/vanilla oak and framed by fine tannins, it's long and elegant, with a lingering presence of fruit and meaty undertones, finishing with a hint of tomato.

Nick Stock (2008 Vintage) says
The collaborative Yarra pinot from the De Bortoli and Shelmerdine families, this has complex, ethereal and lifted spiced red fruits and musky, lively fragrance. The palate has fresh-picked strawberry flavour and fine, silty tannins that float through the finish, leaving a musky trail in their wake. Approachable and elegant pinot.

Clear reddish-purple; a fragrant bouquet leads into a strongly textured palate, with spicy tannins woven through the black cherry and plum fruit; fine finish.

"An outstanding release for PHI. Classic Lusatia Park bouquet of lifted cherry blossom and rose hip with hints of forest floor and stalk. The palate is ultra-fine, gorgeously restrained and delicate, with cherry blossom perfume and silky tannins permeating from start to finish."

Campbell Mattinson (2008 Vintage) says
"A very fine, delicate, silken-textured wine. Such finesse is rare. Watch out, though, it's a time waster - you find yourself fascinated by it. It has some eucalypt notes. Some candy-like, orange-peel flavours too. And some decaying, mushroomy, Citrussy qualities that draw you in. Lovely, tight -tannin structure and lots of length. Drinking it is all about joy.

James Halliday (2007 Vintage) says
Fresh red fruits, elements of spice and even a hint of fresh cut herbs; the palate is incredibly fine, supple, focused and long, with savoury, almost gamey, complexity showing through on the fan-like finish.

Great mouthfeel and line to the palate, with an array of black cherry, plum and spice fruit flavours; oak has added its voice, though quietly

James Halliday says
Clear, bright hue; made using minimum intervention in the winery, with whole berry fermentation a key, exclusion of stalks likewise; the approach has paid dividends this vintage, keeping the emphasis on the purity of the fruit. One of the most successful '11 pinot noirs.
