Rather obscurely named, but this is a value for money dessert style made through reverse osmosis concentration. Apple blossom, musk and preserved lemon aromas introduce a primary and concentrated palate with boiled sweet notes and glacé orange flavours.

I'm not convinced of the rising trend to label a wine according to its residual sugar (what happens when the number changes next year and do consumers understand it, anyway?) but this wine is worth exploring regardless. Firmly at the dessert end of sweet wines, zesty acidity and minerality support its rich, clean palate of red delicious apples, poached pear, honey and marmalade.
