James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Luscious, intense and long; even at this primary stage, the botrytis provides texture and complexity. Gold medal Tas Wine Show '11.

Tyson Stelzer (2009 Vintage) says
Rather obscurely named, but this is a value for money dessert style made through reverse osmosis concentration. Apple blossom, musk and preserved lemon aromas introduce a primary and concentrated palate with boiled sweet notes and glacé orange flavours.
James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Intense lime juice at Beerenauslese baume; seduction on a stick; great balancing acidity. Trophy and gold medal Tas Wine Show '09.

Tyson Stelzer (2008 Vintage) says
I'm not convinced of the rising trend to label a wine according to its residual sugar (what happens when the number changes next year and do consumers understand it, anyway?) but this wine is worth exploring regardless. Firmly at the dessert end of sweet wines, zesty acidity and minerality support its rich, clean palate of red delicious apples, poached pear, honey and marmalade.
James Halliday (2007 Vintage) says
The high level of residual sugar (139g) is neatly balanced by acidity; the wine still needs time in bottle to come together over a minimum 5-year period.
