Riverside Stirling Reserve Pinotage

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
Promisingly deep in colour, the 2002 vintage was grown in the Dartmoor Valley of Hawke's Bay and oak-aged for over a year. Floral, slightly gamey and herbal aromas lead into a generous, concentrated wine, brambly, plummy, slightly leafy- and smooth, offering lots of current-drinking pleasure

Michael Cooper (2001 Vintage) says
Promisingly deep in colour, the 2000 vintage was grown in the Dartmoor Valley of Hawke's Bay. One of Riverside s finest reds yet, it's a full-bodied, raspberry/plum-flavoured wine, less gamey and earthy than many Pinotages, with ripe, vibrant fruit characters and a well-rounded finish. Verging on four stars.
