Rotari Rose

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Made from a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay, this is great value for what is in the bottle. Appealing aromas of red berries, soft spoces and toasty notes decorate the nose, whilst the palate is medium-bodied and graceful with peach and strawberry flavours, fine bubbles, a creamy mouthfeel, and a dry, spicy finish. A lovely bubbly that punches above its weight division.

Winemaker's Notes

Rotari Rose is made with Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes in the traditional Metodo Classico Style with respect to the Trento DOC discipline. It rests on the yeast for 24 months.

Appearance: A soft pink with a delicate and persistent bead.

Nose: Elegant, fruity, extreme subtlety and hints of wild strawberries, currant, and grape stems.

Palate: Fresh, fragrant, intense, with hints of yeast and spices.

Food: Ideal as an aperitif and with all meals, goes well with fish appetizers.
