Light green-yellow; a clean but very light bouquet with faint citrus/herbal fruit; the palate is clean and fresh, but lacks fruit concentration and looks more like an Australian than a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. No winemaking fault, but the suspicion of excessively high yields. Firm acid on the finish.
