Saddler's Creek CHROME Shiraz

Cracka Review

The brightness of this wine speaks of it’s youth but not of the complexities within. An array of ripe berry and plum aromas are further complexed by the subtle influence of vanilla and chocolate from the American oak, in which it was patiently matured. On the finish is a lingering breath of aniseed and clove to add further enhancement to the bouquet.

The palate is rich, full bodied and well balanced by ripe tannins. The fruit weight carries the complexities of this wine superbly, with a hint of eucalypt giving the wine a long lingering finish.
