Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
Tasted prior to bottling (and so not rated), the 2010 vintage has ripe-fruit aromas and lively tropical-fruit flavours, fresh, crisp and dry.

Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
The 2007 vintage from Pernod Ricard NZ was mostly grown in the relatively cool, inland Matapiro district, but 14 per cent Gisborne wine was added to the blend, to contribute 'tropical richness'. It's a ripe melon and lime-flavoured wine with fresh, lively acidity and very good depth.
