If you want a thick, beefy wine, this is not it. We still recommend it, though. It tastes of chocolate, mulberries and lead pencils, and it's juicy and refreshing - it would drink better in spring than in winter. It's almost light-bodied, and there are minor signs of bitter herbs, but on the whole it's pleasant drinking.
