Michael Cooper (2003 Vintage) says
A fruit-driven, 'lightly' oaked wine from Grove Mill that drinks well within a few months of the vintage. The 2002 is a typically fresh, simple and vibrant wine with lemony, appley flavours, crisp and lively. Buoyantly fruity, the 2003 vintage was mostly tank-fermented, with some malolactic fermentation, oak maturation and lees-aging. A full-bodied and rounded wine, it has citrusy, slightly limey flavours, fresh acidity and a dry, well-balanced finish.

Michael Cooper (1998 Vintage) says
A fruit-driven, "minimally" oaked wine from Grove Mill. The 1998 vintage is a simple but enjoyable wine. Full-bodied, with clean, ripe flavours of lemons and apples, it shows little if any oak but good weight (14 per cent alcohol) and a slightly creamy finish
