Michael Cooper (2000 Vintage) says
Made by Grove Mill, this is a drink-young style, buoyantly fruity and supple. From a cooler than average season, the ruby-hued 2000 vintage is medium-bodied, berryish and crisp in an easy-drinking style with moderate depth.

Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
Made by Grove Mill, the fragrant 1998 vintage is a full-bodied, drink-young style, buoyantly fruity and supple. labelled as Pinotage but including 20 per cent Merlot, its raspberryish, plummy, spicy flavours are smooth and undemanding, with a cool-climate freshness and liveliness and very good depth. The 1999, a blend of Pinotage and Pinot Noir, is ruby-hued, fresh and full-bodied, with plummy, spicy flavours and the gamey characters typical of Pinotage. A good, crisp, drink-young quaffer.
