Sandihurst Pinot Gris Reserve

Expert Reviews

James Halliday (1997 Vintage) says
Medium yellow-green; an exotically rich, perfumed bouquet almost into Gewurztraminer aromaticity. The impressively rich and powerful palate is reminiscent of the weight and structure of T'Gallant's Tribute Pinot Gris from the Mornington Peninsula in good vintages; the ripe, exotic fruit fills the back palate.

Michael Cooper (1995 Vintage) says
Sandihurst s reserve label from 1995 is a partly barrel-fermented Canterbury wine, richer-flavoured and drier than the non-reserve wine (above). Mouthfilling and strongly varietal, it offers very good depth of peachy, spicy flavour and a crisp, dry finish.
