Sartori Vigneti di Montegradella Valpolicella

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Hot on the heels of Chianti in terms of production in Italy comes Valpolicella from the region of Verona. It’s a combination of the grape varieties Rondinella and Corvino and makes a medium bodied red with a savoury edge. This wine is a bistro style through and through, with bright, berried fruits and plum as well as dried herbs before a satisfying palate of soft fruit with ripe tannins and a savoury finish.

Winemaker's Notes

An intense ruby colour; extremely refined on the nose displaying ripe fruit, cassis, plum and a hint of herbs. An enticing and juicy palate, medium to full bodied is smoothly textured, with ripe, long, racy tannins before a ripe but savoury finish
