Schild Estate Three Springs Moscato

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

It's actually not technically a Moscato this wine - Moscato style is more like it, for it is actually just early picked Riesling that is then stopped early through it's ferment to make a light, sweet and juicy white wine. The net result is juicy, lively and very moreish sweet wine for immediate luscious drinking pleasure, though still with the higher acidity of Riesling grapes. Clever work Schild family!

Winemaker's Notes

Colour: Pale straw.

Bouquet: Aromatic and delicately floral with subtle tropical fruits.

Palate: Slightly effervescent, the palate is light and fruity with a touch of sweetness and a fine, clean finish.
