Scotchmans Hill The Hill Pinot Gris
Pinot Gris seems to be stealing sav blancs easy drinking crown lately, and one sip of this Scotchmans Hill PG will tell you why. It's a bright, crisp number that shows lots of pears, apples and almonds on the nose, whilst the palate is reasonably dry, with tropical flavours, frisky acidity, and a refreshing finish. Stick some in the fridge and invite your mates round for a glass with some crackers and dip.
Pale straw in colour. A full and ripe wine displaying pear and apple fruits with spice aromas. Fresh fruit driven wine with melon, pear and stone fruits with fresh acid and a long lingering aftertaste rounding out the palate. Enjoy this wine with salads and seafood.
