The 1996 vintage was fully barrel-fermented and 80 per cent of the final blend went through a softening malolactic fermentation. Maturing solidly, with light yellow colour and a nutty bouquet, it's a flavoursome, slightly buttery and harmonious wine with a rich finish. Ready.
