Selaks Marlborough Chardonnay

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (1996 Vintage) says
The "standard" Chardonnay from Selaks has often shown a touch of class. Worth keeping to 1998, the stylishly constructed 1996 vintage was fermented and matured for seven months in new and one-year-old French and American oak casks. Light lemon-green in hue and still youthful, it's very fresh and crisp, its delicate lemony apple flavours lightly seasoned with oak. A finely balanced cool-climate style.
