Tyson Stelzer (2009 Vintage) says
Canberra rarely ventures into this price territory, and certainly not with such elegant appeal and vibrant expression of rose petals and violets, crunchy redcurrants, red cherries and supple tannins.

James Halliday (2009 Vintage) says
I would not have imagined that Canberra could pull elegantly appealing Cabernet out of its bag of sub-$15 tricks, but here it is, in all of its vibrant rose petal, lifted violet, crunchy redcurrant an pure red cherry glory. A portion of barrel maturation provide subtle oak support, reinforcing fine, supple tannins.

It's good to see a Canberra winery offer entry-level wines at this price. Their cabernet is medium-bodied, has blackberry jube flavours, some fleshiness and a firm edge

James Halliday (2008 Vintage) says
Bright, deep crimson; despite the elevated alcohol, it's hard to find fault with this voluptuous expression of cabernet, bursting with cassis, plum and blackcurrant fruit and just enough tannins to tidy up the finish. Ready to go.
