Expert Reviews

James Halliday (2010 Vintage) says
Pale puce; made from early-picked cabernet sauvignon, with redcurrant fruit, the crisp acidity perfectly balanced by barely perceptible sweetness, resulting in a long finish.

There have been some very nice Roses from Sinclair and this is another that's right in the groove. Sweet fruit balanced with a fresh zingy acid. This is the perfect summer drinking wine served chilled.

Peter Forrestal (2005 Vintage) says
This tiny family vineyard at Manjimup in Western Australia scored Blue Gold at the Sydney International Top 100 - a show that is particularly sympathetic to rose, partly because the final stages of the judging is conducted alongside food: and rose is a food wine. The Rose of Glenoran has intriguing strawberry and cream aromas, is soft, round and full-flavoured, has good weight and a touch of balanced sweetness.

Ray Jordan (2002 Vintage) says
This has become something of a signature wine for these guys. It's slightly sweet but has a delicious mouth feel with light sweet fruit and a crisp balancing acid. Yummy served chilled with spicy food. Best consumed in year of making
