Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (1997 Vintage) says
This Canterbury winery produces a slightly drier style of Muller Thurgau than most At its best, this is a fresh, floral, fruity wine, its gende splash of sweetness underpinned by lively, crisp acidity. The non-vintage wine I tasted in 1997 was based on Canterbury grapes, grown in 1996. It s very appealing - light and well balanced, with fresh, slightly limey flavours, tangy and refreshing.
