There's not a lot of winemaker trickery in this little chardy. It's pure fruit and not much else, and shows smells and flavours of pears, lemons and tropical fruits, with just the merest kiss of oak. It's all wrapped up in bright acidity, and finishes dry and citrusy. No need for food, just chill and enjoy.
Made from premium parcels of fruit grown in Margaret River, Western Australia, this wine displays all the finest characteristics expected from Chardonnay. Lifted green pear and soft melon nose with hints of spicey oak and a fresh citrus, tropical fruit and nutmeg nose. Stelvin cap.

The light, vivid crystal-green colour of itself suggests the wine has not been barrel-fermented or otherwise exposed to oak, and the palate confirms this.
