WINESTATE (2010 Vintage) says
Winestate Magazine, Mar/Apr 2012
Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
The 2009 vintage from Pernod Ricard NZ was grown in the Wairau Valley and matured in French oak casks. It's a sturdy, deeply coloured red with plum, herb, spice and slight coffee flavours, showing very good depth, and fairly firm tannins. The 2010 is mouthfilling, fruity and supple, with plummy, spicy flavours showing some savoury complexity.

The debut 2002 vintage from Montana was French oak-aged for nine months. It's a richly coloured, vibrandy fruity wine with strong plum/spice flavours in a moderately complex style with firm tannins.
