WINESTATE (2010 Vintage) says
Attractively scented, with strong, fresh, intensely varietal peach, pear and spice flavours and an oily, rounded texture. Slightly sweet style with good richness, balanced for easy drinking.

Nick Stock (2008 Vintage) says
This will really impress with its concentrated yellow nectarine and apricot fruits, heading into tropical territory with mango and papaya too. The palate's fluffed up into bright and airy shape with gently sweet fruit flavour running throughout. Flavours follow aromas with more of the yellow stone fruits and tropicals wound together. Plenty of appeal here.

WINESTATE (2008 Vintage) says
Lifted floral nose and bright, creamy, perfumed palate. "Very feminine," suggested one judge.

Peter Forrestal (2007 Vintage) says
I've tasted this a couple of times, once in my regular tastings and once when the New Zealand Grapegrowers ran a seminar in Perth to show us that the country could do more than sauvignon blanc and pinot noir. This was one of the wines they chose to show how well New Zealand could do the aromatics. It's the most impressive Kiwi pinot gris I've seen, with such ethereal aromas, such depth of varietal character - spicy, pear flavours, almost musk-like -terrific satiny smooth viscosity and a long, dry finish. Imported by Pernod Ricard.
