Taparoo Shiraz by St Hallet

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Here's one for the bargain hunter. A delicious St Hallet Shiraz from the chart topping 2010 vintage now drinking right at its peak. Luscious blackberry, earthy, spice and eucalypt fruit in a generous and full-bodied package that reeks of the Barossa. The ultimate BBQ red.

Winemaker's Notes

Palate: Vibrant dark cherry, raspberry and rich chocolate flavours are balanced with textural palate of smooth, subtle tannins with a hint of American oak.

Food: Grilled steak, roast lamb and curries.

Cellaring: Will gain complexity in the medium term.

Alcohol: 14.5%
