Terrace Edge Waipara Valley Pinot Gris

Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2012 Vintage) says
Full-bodied, medium style (15g/litre of residual sugar), hand-picked and fermented in old barrels. Sturdy (14.5 per cent alc), with concentrated stonefruit flavours and a hint of honey. Already drinking well.

Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
Consistently great value. The 2010 vintage was hand-picked at over 25 brix and fermented with indigenous yeasts in seasoned oak barrels. Highly scented, with a spicy, gingery bouquet, it is robust (14.5 per cent alcohol), with strong, ripe stone-fruit and spice flavours. Fleshy and powerful, it is fresh and vibrant, with gentle sweetness (15 grams/litre of residual sugar) and loads of personality.
