Cracka Review

This 'old school meets new school' chardy could be just want the doctor ordered with your Sunday roast chicken this weekend. Rich aromas of white stones fruits, nuttiness and lemons leap out of the glass, whilst the palate is lush and creamy textured, with lemon and toffee flavours, licks of toast from the oak, bright acidity, and a bright, dry flinty finish that will leave your palate refreshed.

Winemaker's Notes

The colour is pale lemon with green hues. Fresh varietal aromas of honeydew melon and lemon rind are supported by barrel ferment characters of butterscotch, lemon-curd and caramel. The palate is round, textural and full-bodied, with high intensity flavours of fresh citrus, melon and pastry. Balance is provided by mild toasty oak characters and a zingy mineral acid structure and long finish.
