Estate-grown, hand-picked, whole bunch-pressed and fermented in French barriques. Bright straw-green; while varietal character is not overly obvious, this is a beautifully made wine, the oak providing texture, and merely caressing the fruit flavours. There are some nutty apricot nuances, and the wine should be at its best over the next couple of years.
