Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
Priced right, the 2009 vintage is a good drink-young style, medium-bodied, with faintly honeyed, citrusy, slightly peachy flavours, a gentle splash of sweetness (16 grams/litre of residual sugar) and fresh acidity.

Michael Cooper (2002 Vintage) says
The characterful 2001 vintage displays strong, limey, appetisingly crisp flavours and toasty, bottle-aged complexity. It's a dryish style, maturing well. The 2002has a slightly honeyed bouquet leading into a fleshy (13 per cent alcohol) palate with citrusy, limey flavours showing some richness and an off-dry (5.7 grams/litre of residual sugar) finish.

The pale 1998 vintage is a solid wine, clean, crisp and appley, with a dryish finish, but lacks real flavour depth. Drink 2000.

James Halliday (1997 Vintage) says
Light green-yellow; the bouquet is clean, with utterly correct varietal fruit of medium intensity; the palate runs in the same classic path, with lots of fresh, quite dry and delicate fruit; great promise for the future.

Bright medium yellow-green; the bouquet is floral and fragrant with lime juice and orange blossom aromas; there is plenty of flavour on the palate, again in the lime juice/orange blossom spectrum, with good sugar/acid balance.

This North Canterbury winery's dry Rieslings have been consistently good. Maturing solidly, the '95 was grown in winemaker Kym Rayner's vineyard. A delicate style with good depth of lemony, slightly honeyish flavour and a crisp, just off-dry finish, it's a lean, tight wine, stdl developing.
