Totara Sauvignon Blanc

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Sometimes we need consistency in our lives, a burger stop on a long road trip, the same bad telly on a Sunday night or a constant supply of Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc, luckily we are in the position to bring you the latter. So here it is, a Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough that’s so typical of the style and named after an indigenous tall tree called the Tortara. It’s tropical and has notes of lime and pea pods before a zesty, citrus palate that’s long and powerful.

Winemaker's Notes

Colour: Pale lemon Nose: Bright and tropical with subtle hints of fresh peas and lime zest. Palate: Well balanced with refreshing tropical notes, citrus zest, finishing clean and dry on the back palate Food Suggestion: Scallop sashimi with a hint of wasabi and picked ginger
