Ray Jordan (2009 Vintage) says
This is a generous soft and deliciously supple fruit driven merlot. Plummy blackberry aromas with a little oak influence. The palate is smooth and seamlessly structured with fine tannins and fine grained oak. Flavours of licorice and dark blackcurrant will the mouth. A nice short term drinking wine.

Soft and generous medium bodied wine with a spectrum of mulberry and spices working with plush plum flavours. The palate is well rounded but with fine angular tannins and fine grained oak carrying a long finish. Encouraging.

This is a stylish and interesting Merlot. Opens with a mix of dark chocolate and fruitcake with a little light cedary oak. The palate is supple with a firm thread of tannin and oak. Persistent and powerful with impressive length.

Lightly perfumed floral bouquet and leathery/savoury palate with velvety tannins and lovely soft finish. Well made.
