Maybe we should call it Chookie instead of Boonie. Jokes aside, it's citrusy and vibrant, with smells and tastes of gooseberries and grassiness, racy acidity, and a refreshing, smooth finish.
Our Sauvignon Blanc is made from a single block of Margaret River fruit. It is fresh and soft, yet vibrant. It has a mouthfilling texture due to partial wild-fermentation in seasoned oak and a concrete egg. Yes, a concrete egg. We call him Boonie.
