Two Hands Fools Paradise Adelaide Hills Nebbiolo

Cracka Review

Colour: Deep black with a slight cherry hue.

Aroma: Aromatic bouquet of rich red fruits, liquorice, sandalwood, mocha, tar and cigar smoke with a lifted volatile acidity note.

Palate: Concentrated and sweet at first then revealing red fruits and rhubarb, cherry and cola. The tannins are gripping but fine and long, the mid-palate providing rich texture and layered complexity.
