Hand-harvested in the Wairarapa and tank-fermented, the 2010 vintage is a medium-dry style (7 grams/litre of residual sugar). Tight and citrusy, it is medium-bodied and very youthful, with fresh, strong, peachy, spicy flavours, a hint of apricot, a minerally streak and a lingering finish. It needs time; open mid-2012+.
