Certified by BioGro, the 2010 vintage was partly (10 per cent) barrel-fermented. It has 'sweaty armpit' aromas leading into a fleshy, well-rounded, dry wine (3 grams/litre of residual sugar), with ripe nectarine and passionfruit flavours, a hint of herbs, and excellent concentration.
