Valduero Albillo Blanco

Cracka Rating

Cracka Review

Albillo is the grape variety here, and it would certainly be a conversation starter around the dinner table. It's a highly aromatic, floral wine with smells of yellow citrus joining in the party. The palate is light-bodied and delicate, with grapefruity and dried herb flavours, crunchy acidity, and a dry, light finish. It would be the bomb with some flash-fried whitebait.

Winemaker's Notes

Pale straw in colour with aromas of white flowers, pineapple & grapefruit. a well balanced, light to medium bodied white which would suit many seafood dishes like calamari salads or scallops.

Reviews and Accolades

'Lovely Aromatics - an almost floral perfume - with delicious, herby fruit on the palate, crisp, fresh acidity and completely dry on the finish.'
