A medium-dry style, the 'Single Vineyard' 2004 vintage was grown on a stony site at Brightwater in Nelson, picked at 23.4 brix and stop-fermented with 8 grams per litre of residual sugar. Light lemon/green, it is perfumed, fresh and full-bodied, with very good depth of citrus, pear and spice flavours, a slightly oily texture and well-rounded finish.
