The 2004 vintage of this Nelson wine was cool-fermented in tanks and lees-stirred every week for five months, with no malolactic fermentation. Light lemon/green, it's a full-bodied, lemony, appley wine with decent flavour depth and a smooth, fractionally off-dry finish.
