Michael Cooper (2007 Vintage) says
Disgorged from its yeast lees in mid 2007, the 2005 vintage was made from Chenin Blanc grapes, grown at Opaki, north of Masterton, in the Wairarapa. Light straw, with a slightly honeyed bouquet, it's crisp, lemony and slightly sweet, with some yeasty, biscuity complexity.

Disgorged from its yeast lees in early 2004, the 2001 vintage was made from Chenin Blanc grapes, grown at Opaki, north of Masterton, in the Wairarapa. Light/medium yellow, with a floral, slightly honeyed bouquet, it's a characterful, moderately complex, dryish wine with crisp, honeyed flavours, gently yeasty and lively.
