Michael Cooper (2010 Vintage) says
The 2010 vintage is an off-dry style (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), 10 per cent oak-matured. Richly perfumed, with lychee and spice aromas, it is full-bodied (14.5 per cent alcohol), with strong lychee, pear and spice flavours, showing very good delicacy and purity, and a fresh, lingering finish.

The 2005 vintage has strong, early-drinking appeal, with a fresh, spicy bouquet and plenty of citrusy, gently spicy and gingery flavours. It's a medium-dry style (7 grams/litre of residual sugar), with good body, varietal character and harmony.

Michael Cooper (2004 Vintage) says
The easy-drinking 2003 vintage has a sliver of sweetness (7. 9 grams/litre of residual sugar) amidst its ripe, citrusy, spicy flavours, with a soft finish. The 2004 has great upfront appeal, with a richly perfumed bouquet, mouthfilling body (14 per cent alcohol) and loads of lychee, spice and stone-fruit flavours, ripe and smooth.

A medium-dry style with a full-spiced bouquet, the debut 2002 vintage is mouthfilling and fresh, with a slightly oily texture, plenty of citrusy, gingery flavour and a distinctly spicy finish.
