Michael Cooper (1999 Vintage) says
The 1999 vintage is very classy. A light gold Marlborough wine, it's fairly low in alcohol (10.5 per cent), with rich, delicate fruit characters of pears and apples, enriched by strong, botrytis-derived honey. Intense and perfectly balanced, with fresh, lively acidity and a sweet, very rich finish, it's drinking superbly now.

Michael Cooper (1996 Vintage) says
Don't miss this! The gorgeous, partly oak-aged 1996 vintage was made from hand-selected, nobly rotten berries, harvested in Marlborough in late May at 43' brix. light gold, it's a robust, treacly, rampantly botrytised wine with a ravishing fragrance of pears and honey. Weighty, with strikingly rich citrus/honey flavours and steely acidity, It should live for ages but is already hard to resist.
