Expert Reviews

Michael Cooper (2009 Vintage) says
The instantly appealing 2009 vintage was estate-grown at Bannockburn. Very fresh, with good intensity and harmony, it is medium-bodied, with ripe, citrusy, limey flavours, good acid spine, a gentle splash of sweetness, and excellent balance and depth.

Michael Cooper (2006 Vintage) says
Estate-grown at Bannockburn, the 2006 vintage was lees-aged for three months and made in a distinctly medium style (28 grams/litre of residual sugar). Pale and crisp, it's not highly scented, but shows obvious potential, with very good depth of lemony, limey, slightly spicy flavours, a minerally streak and good vivacity.
