Nick Stock (2011 Vintage) says
Another eerily great pinot for not much money. This has deep strawberry, wild raspberry and cherry fruit on offer, with a gently meaty, fermentation-derived edge. The palate s crunchy yet soft; strawberry fruits are laid out on lovely, smooth, supple tannins that deliver satisfying weight and length. Immense over-delivery for the money.

James Halliday (2002 Vintage) says
Tangy, foresty, savoury style; length and persistence, with distinct elements of Burgundy, even down to the 2002 vintage.

James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Excellent youthful hue; aromatic strawberry and cherry fruit offset by gently savoury, ultra-fine tannins; great mouthfeel and a long finish.
