Here we have another white from Witches Falls that has been inoculated with two yeasts. The result is a wine that is a little more veggie than fruit, with aromas of herbs, grass and asparagus on the nose, with hints of lemons and limes. The palate is lighter-bodied and dry, with more veggie and citrus flavours, a decent zip of lemony acidity, and a dry, fresh finish.
Capsicum, asparagus and green herbaceous aromas combine with grass and citrus flavours to deliver a classic Sauvignon Blanc.
Appearance: Pale yellow straw with green hues.
Nose: Capsicum, asparagus and green herbaceous aromas.
