Wolf Blass White Label Eden Valley Riesling

Cracka Review

The nose shows intense aromas of brown lime and lemon curd, with hints of wet slate and toastiness - the character of aged Riesling. The palate is elegant with a pronounced citrus lift, with an ideal acid structure perfect for extended aging.

James Halliday (2002 Vintage) says
Very restrained given its age, genesis in the cool vintage; doesn't have quite the same striking allure of Lehmann Reserve or Heggies Contour from the same vintage; very good wine, nonetheless.

James Halliday (2001 Vintage) says
Glowing but light green-yellow; complex lemon blossom, crushed leaves and herbs intermingle with the toast, lime and mineral flavours of the palate; very good length.
