Woodlands Kevin Cabernet Sauvignon

Cracka Review

This wine has a dark intense rich purple colour. The bouquet reveals layers of fantastically concentrated brooding cassis and red-berry fruit, with hints of vanilla, coffee bean and Margaret River mint.

This is a serious wine, showing a core of rich ripe fruit and a dense middle palate, with cedery oak integrating to provide a great tannin structure for extended aging. Great acid balance provides the wine with a lengthy finish that goes on and on.

Ripe, flooded with cassis/blackcurrant fruit; excellent management of tannin and oak; very good length.
